The hurley you'd be proud to take into battle
King Puck Hurleys is the brainchild of three Limerick men all of whom have a strong passion for hurling. They are based in Ballylanders, a small village 25 miles south of Limerick city. They set up in February 2006 but the concept had been in the making since early 2004

As hurlers themselves they identified that there was a real shortage of supply of good quality hurleys available in the market. They found that when ordering hurleys, there was a percentage of poor hurleys in each batch ie. bad grain, no balance or generally planks that you wouldn’t cut nettles with which were usually added in just to make up the order.

The old story of ordering a dozen hurleys from a guy and having to wait several weeks for them was not acceptable to them. There was nobody in the marketplace offering a quick turnaround time to meet the needs of clubs and players and this was something that they felt urgently needed to be addressed.

Their idea of having a constant supply of good quality hurleys, when you need them and at a competitive price is what gave birth to King Puck Hurleys.

King Puck Hurleys aim is to provide genuine quality ash hurleys for genuine hurlers.

What makes them different from the rest:
- They source the finest quality ash timber, which is thoroughly checked and graded before manufacturing begins.
- They examine the weight, flexibilty, balance and the overall quality of each individual hurley before we give it our stamp of approval.
- They keep a large supply of all size hurleys from 24” to 36” in stock at all times.
- They aim to deliver direct to your club/shop within 3 working days of receiving your order. (Ireland only)
