Robert Emmetts look for new members
New players are required for Robert Emmetts GAA Club in both gaelic football and hurling.
The club was founded in 1948 and is based at Wormwood Scrubs training pitches in White City, North West London.
The footballers won the London Junior Championship in 2007 and are now graded intermediate championship. Training takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays, meeting in the lobby of the Linford Christie Sports Stadium at Wormwood Scrubs at 7.15 pm. Here is a

The hurlers have had much recent success, winning the last two London Senior Hurling Championships and also winning the 2007 All Ireland Intermediate Hurling Championship.
The club is a very welcoming place and it has helped many lads enjoy their time in London while keeping up their interests in gaelic games.
In recent months we have had several new arrivals to the club and it is a good club to get to meet people socially also.
