The GPA has annunced its new GPA Associate Membership scheme which will enable all GAA players, club members, supporters/fans and officials to become part of the GPA network.

While GPA Associate members will not have voting rights, they will be entitled to wide range of offers and services from the GPA.

The aim of the scheme is to broaden the appeal and scope of the Players' Association and, in particular, to strengthen the bond between club and county.

Associate members will receive our regular new eZine service. This will not only keep all members up to date on GPA activity through regular email contact but will feature exclusive fitness and conditioning guidance, dietary and health advice, expert analysis and comment from our regular contributors Brian Corcoran and Liam Hassett, a daily GAA news service and a chance to communicate with the stars of the GAA.

In phase one of our affinity package new members will also be entitled to a range of discount offers including savings of up to 25% off motor and home insurance with insure.ie and AXA Insurance and discounted health insurance with insure.ie and VIVAS Health , significant discounts on OPEL cars , exclusive members’ competitions for All-Ireland final tickets, GPA training gear and the chance to win two tickets to our annual Gala Night and a signed jersey by the Opel Gaelic Players Team of the Year.

Within the coming months we hope to be in a position to introduce further affinity partners to the scheme as part of phase two.
